A FREE CONFIDENCE-BOOSTING WORKSHOP FOR KIDS
Calling all 3rd-6th graders!
Join us for a FREE virtualconfidence-building workshop!
Through fun, engaging activities, this interactive session will give students practical tools they can use daily to feel more confident, focused, and resilient.
During Power Up, students will be able to practice using Positive Affirmations to build a healthy, confident mindset, learn simple Mindfulness strategies to support emotional regulation, strengthen communication skills and make new friends through fun team-based activities.
